The group is headquartered in Baltimore. Local expertise compounds across businesses — real estate, services, and care all benefit from the same market knowledge.
Technology Backbone
TED runs scheduling, monitoring, CRM, and communications across the portfolio. Lambeth Consulting built and maintains the system that the group uses first.
Leadership
Anh Bui — Managing Member
Anh leads Lambeth Partners and operates across every business in the group. In real estate, he has built an investment portfolio managing strategies in the US and Vietnam and engaging international investors. In patent technology, he brings 16 years of expertise: 12 years as a GS-13 Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and 4 years as a patent analyst specializing in medical devices. He is a published researcher (Bui, A. T., et al., 'Simulator Systems For Carrying Out Epicardial Procedures,' Scope, 2010) and built TED, the AI executive assistant that runs operations across the entire portfolio. B.S. Biomedical Engineering and B.A. Economics from the University of Virginia (2010).
